Remember when you were young and rode your bicycle to school, walked to the library and met friends at the local pizza spot on the weekends? Do you recall when as a kid, you went to the park after school? Welcome to Fleming Island Plantation, where the past has become the present.
We have grown tremendously since our opening in 2000; offering over two-thousand homes, eighteen communities, two amenity centers, an eighteen hole Bobby Weed championship golf and country club, not to mention Village Square’s shops and restaurants. With the “Live-Work-Play” design philosophy in mind, The Plantation, provides all the elements of a traditional all-inclusive hometown setting.
