We have six wonderful clay Tennis Courts for your recreational enjoyment. Our Tennis Courts are used on a first come, first served basis from sun-up to 10 PM. Our courts are lighted for night play – simply turn on the timer to illuminate the court you wish to use and please turn the lights off when you are finished.
The courts are made of clay and it is your responsibility to sweep and line them when play is complete. Please remember as with ALL of our Amenities, you need to have your FIP Photo ID with you at all times. We have staff during the day and off-duty Sheriff’s Deputies in the evening that will check for the proper ID. Without the proper ID, you will be asked to leave the facility. You are allowed three (3) guests PER HOUSEHOLD. While play is first come first served, if there is a wait for courts, we ask that you courteously limit your singles play to one hour and doubles play to an hour and a half.
Free tennis clinics are offered to Fleming Island Plantation residents who are looking to get involved in the game of tennis. Beginner lessons are available for both children and adults. Please contact Coach Jack for details at 904-505-5642 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate lessons are also available for $80 per month – 2 times per week.
Hours: Sun-up until 10 PM, as long as the courts are dry.
*If there are puddles on the court or your shoe leaves a visible imprint, the courts are too wet to play on. We would appreciate you postponing your play until the courts are sufficiently dry to play on. This will help keep the maintenance costs for the courts down. Thank you and enjoy!
